What Area Do You Cover?

I am based just outside Warwick and mostly work in and around the West Midlands area. However, I can easily travel nationwide if required.

How Do We Book?

Firstly, you need to check if I'm available on your Wedding Day. You can do this by phoning me or by clicking onto the section 'Say Hi' above and completing the form.

If I am free on your day we will agree a meeting where we can get to know each other better. If I am to record your special day exactly how you want I will need to know as much about you as possible; if you are to relax and thoroughly enjoy your day you also need to know me.

Should you then wish to book you will need to complete a brief questionnaire to enable me to raise a contract. Once received, you will need to sign it and post it back along with your 15% non-refundable deposit.

How Far In Advance Do We Need To Book You?

I often get booked up a year ahead, so book early to avoid disappointment.

Will We Be Able To Have Some Photos Taken During Our Ceremony?

I use top of the range cameras and lenses that enable me to take beautiful images without using a flash and from an unobtrusive distance. So as long as your priest, vicar, or registrar allows photography, I will capture those special moments.

How Many Photo's Will We Get?

It varies from wedding to wedding but as a guide you can expect at least 300+ if booked for the minimum of 4 hours, around 400+ for 6 hours and over 600+ for over 10 hours. All the photos you receive are fully edited, colour-corrected and ready to print or share online.

Are There Any Travel Costs?

Travel is included with all options where the wedding is held within the Midlands area. If the wedding is over an hours drive from Warwick, I will require a small contribution towards my travel expenses.

Do We Need To Provide You With A Meal?

If I'm working over 6-7 hours, a meal would be lovely, so thank you. This is because, working over 7 hours at your wedding I'm likely to burn as many calories as if I’d been on a 7-8 mile walk.

How Long After The Wedding Do We Get Our Photo's?

If you'd like a sneaky peek, within 24 hours of your wedding I'll post a small selection of images to my Facebook page. If you like them, feel free to use any as Facebook profile pictures and cover photos ext.

I then aim to get your USB of edited images to you within 3-4 weeks in low season & 6-8 weeks in high season. When your USB arrives, you'll also be given your Client Page log in password.

Can Friends And Family View And Buy Images?

Of course, all the colour images from your wedding will be placed onto a password-protected link on the Client Page. If you give friends and family the password, they can also view your wedding and buy any digital images or 5x7 prints if they’d like to.

How Does The Album Process Work?

After you have viewed and picked your images, your album will be professionally designed to ensure that it accurately reflects the events of your special day. The album will then be proofed through an online gallery and once you're happy with the design, your album will go to print and be delivered to you. This process takes about four to five weeks.

What Happens If Your Camera Stops Working On The Day?

First rule of wedding photography: Always carry spare equipment. If my main camera body or lens breaks down, I'll have additional bodies and lenses with me. So you won't need to worry.

Are You Insured?

Yes, I'm a professional photographer so I have public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

You can pay with cash, cheque or standing order. Paypal is also available for card payments at an extra cost of 5%.

Do You Offer Videography?

I focus exclusively on still photography, but I work closely with a company called Vows Wedding Videos and I highly recommend you contact Rob for a quote.

If You Have Any More Questions, Feel Free Contact Me.
